USES:
Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride + Tricholine Citrate is used as appetite stimulant. This is a combination of two medicines: Cyproheptadine and tricholine citrate which revives appetite. Cyproheptadine is an appetite stimulant. It works by reducing the effect of serotonin (a chemical messenger) in the hypothalamus, a part of the brain which regulates appetite.
COMPOSITION:
Each 5 ml. Contains:
Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride IP 2 mg.
Tricholine Citrate 0.275 gm.
Sorbitol Solution (70%)
(Non- Crystallising) IP 2gm.
